Don’t want to do a credit check? No Problem! We have partnered with Magnolia RTO to offer no credit check rent to own. 24, 36, and 48 month plans are available.

HOW IT WORKS: A small security deposit is required at signing and refunded when the building is paid off. A set percentage of each payment is applied to rent each month and a set percentage of each payment is applied to the payoff each month until the building is paid off in 24, 36, or 48 months. You then own the building free and clear. 

PAYOFF: You can pay any of these plans off at any time with no penalty. You can also do 90 days same as list price! Just mention the 90 days same as list price offer when checking out, and we’ll make sure it’s set up as an option.

WHO QUALIFIES? Everyone is approved, unless you’re in active bankruptcy. If, that’s the case, check back with us when bankruptcy proceedings are complete.
